Default W/R interesting build

Hi. I usually play a ranger and I found it to be a little fragile. So, I created a PvP character, a W/R, with most atribute points spent on Ranger atributes and using a bow(Marksmanship 11, Wilderness Survival 10, Beast Mastery 10, the other point on Strenght). I got a Ranger with more armor. What i want to know is: Is it worth it? Any opinion is appreciated. If needed ill post skill bar later.

No.
Just no.

Bow attacks are expensive, and you need Expertise to be able to use them.
Just roll a ranger and learn to kite.

Well, about being expensive, I have 35 energy and energy regeneration is not a problem (except when my pet takes damage) because I rely much on Ignite Arrows and Favorable Winds.

Maybe with the skill list you will change your mind

Ignite Arrows
Favorable Winds
Dual Shot
Punishing Shot/Penetrating Shot
Power Shot
Troll Unguent
Confort Animal
Charm Animal

Note: None of them uses Expertise

No offense mate, but bow Warriors = fail.

Bows are meant for Rangers, and as such they are designed to be effective for them. Think about it this way; if you learn martial arts and think you are quite good at it, does that mean you are good enough to beat the best? Nope. A bow Ranger will always be more effective than a bow Warrior, and a melee Warrior will always be more effective than a bow Warrior.

If you're so desperate to play a Ranged character with high armour.... make a Paragon.

Being blunt: Only time a warrior should use a bow is to pull

Or to gain adrenaline before in melee range..
But then again, wands/spears do work better at closer range.

That can work but it's still better on a ranger. A warrior that wants to use 'SY' should use DSlash and FGJ

Bow attacks are terrible on a ranger, I have no clue why you'd want to run them on a warrior.

That being said, if you're really hot on the idea, run flourish with 12 strength and 12 marksmanship. You'll still fail, but you'll have fun doing it.
